Welcome to the Azemad Sport website https://sport.azemad.com/, a platform dedicated to the sale of sports equipment for roller hockey. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the services offered by Azemad, Lda, a company registered under NIPC 500791236, NIF PT500791236, located at Rua Maria Conceição Santos, No. 93, 3720-215 Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal (hereinafter “Azemad Sport”). By using the Azemad Sport website, you agree to the terms and conditions presented in this document.
Definitions

- Buyer/Customer: An individual or legal entity purchasing products offered by Azemad Sport.
- Retailer/Distributor: A registered professional client who purchases products for resale.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our website, the customer/retailer agrees to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, we recommend that you refrain from browsing the website or making purchases.
By placing an order on our website, the customer/retailer expressly declares:
- That they are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to enter into purchase and sale contracts;
- That they fully understand the general sales conditions described in this document and accept, without reservations, all stipulated terms and conditions.
3. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE TERMS
This website is intended for the sale of roller hockey products to individual customers (for personal use) and professional customers (for resale and commercial use). This contract applies exclusively to purchases made online.
4. USER ACCOUNT CREATION AND PURCHASE PROCESS
To make a purchase on the Azemad Sport website, the customer or retailer must create an account by providing valid and up-to-date personal details. The customer/retailer is responsible for maintaining their account and password confidential. Azemad Sport is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of the customer account.
All products available on our website are subject to stock availability. To add a product to the shopping cart, simply click “Add to Cart” on the desired item’s page. After adding the products to the cart and completing the order, a confirmation email will be sent with all order details, including purchased items and the total purchase amount.
Additionally, a separate quote with shipping costs will be sent, based on the selected destination and the weight and dimensions of the package(s). Your purchase will only be considered complete once the purchase confirmation page is displayed. If you do not agree with the quote, simply do not finalize the order. You can check the details of your order at any time through your Azemad Sport account. All data provided during the purchase process will be securely and confidentially stored, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices listed on the website include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are added to the displayed prices. Prices are expressed in euros (including VAT). Other applicable taxes must be paid by the customer/retailer at the customs office in their country of origin. Customers and retailers located outside mainland Portugal should obtain information regarding import duties or taxes that may apply to their orders and take full responsibility for declaration and payment.
Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, adjustments in transportation costs, materials, etc., these prices may be subject to changes, and Azemad Sport reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice.
Payment method:
The only accepted payment method is bank transfer.
After making the payment, the transfer receipt must be sent, indicating the order number, to the email sport@azemad.com. Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment or the respective proof of payment.
Product unavailability:
In case of stock shortage or unavailability of the ordered product, the customer/retailer may opt for a refund of the paid amount or a replacement product.
Payment costs:
Any costs associated with payment, such as bank transfer fees, will be borne by the customer/retailer.
Invoices and Receipts:
After placing an order, an invoice will be sent to the email provided during the purchase process. The invoice will include transaction details and will be sent via email. Upon payment confirmation, the corresponding receipt will also be sent.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Azemad Sport ships products worldwide. Shipping times are determined by the selected shipping services during the purchase process and are subject to the conditions of these third parties. Additional information regarding delivery times and conditions can be consulted when choosing the shipping method.
It should be noted that Azemad Sport cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Although we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, transportation service failures, etc.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer or retailer through a quote, sent via email after order confirmation. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer or retailer.
7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES
- Returns: Customers have 14 business days from receipt of the product to request a return, provided the product has never been used and its packaging remains intact. The return cost is the responsibility of the customer/retailer.
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order within 2 days after order confirmation. If the order has already been processed, please refer to the “Product Returns” section.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products due to improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or any damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

8. WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Specific Equipment: For products such as wooden sticks and balls, the warranty is limited and valid until the first use, as per current legislation.
Manufacturing Defect Warranty: Azemad Sport offers a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects, applicable only to the replacement/repair of the defective part, not for full product replacement.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The contents of the website, including texts, images, logos, and design, are protected by copyright and belong to Azemad, Lda. Unauthorized use of these contents is strictly prohibited.
