TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ECLIPSE CONTACT G2 BOOTS GIVEAWAY

I – COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AZEMAD, located at Rua Maria Conceição Santos, nº 93, 3720-215, Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal, wishes to run a giveaway of four pairs of Eclipse Contact G2 Boots, which shall be governed by the following clauses.
The period to confirm participation in the giveaway will begin on 11/09/2026 and will end on 20/09/2026 at 23:59.
Four (4) winners will be selected by random draw on 21/09/2026 using the AppSorteos platform.
Prizes for the Winners:
- Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Eclipse Contact G2 Boots.
- Winners will be able to choose their preferred colour (white, pink, yellow, or fluorescent orange) and size (available from size 36 to 42).
How to Enter:
- Follow the official Azemad Sport page on Instagram or Facebook;
- On the social network where you follow Azemad, “like” the giveaway post and tag 3 friends in the comments;
- Confirm your entry by filling out the form available here;
- Only one valid entry per social network (Facebook and Instagram) is permitted. Duplicate comments on the same platform will count as a single entry;
- Azemad reserves the right to disqualify any entry if the content of the published comment is deemed inappropriate (e.g., offensive comments).
Conditions of entry:
- The giveaway will take place on Azemad’s Instagram and Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
- The giveaway is open exclusively to individuals aged 13 years or over who reside in a European country.
- It shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of Azemad to make decisions regarding the offer, and such decisions shall be final and not subject to appeal, in accordance with legal terms. Entrants may not contest any decisions made in this regard, and undertake to follow the instructions and guidance given by those entities or their representatives.
- Knowledge and full, unreserved acceptance of the terms of this offer is presumed.
- By entering the offer, the entrant agrees to assign image rights, should Azemad wish to carry out interviews, take images and photographs for use in promoting its offers and/or on its communication channels.
- By entering this giveaway, the entrant consents to subscribing to the Azemad Sport newsletter.
Winners:
- Once the giveaway has ended, all eligible entries will be checked and the winners selected.
- Winners will be contacted by Azemad (via a social media message).
- Winners must reply by direct message or send an email to sport@azemad.com with the following information: full name, email address, phone number and address (e.g. Andre xxx / 9xx xxx xxx). This information must be sent within 48 hours of the announcement.
- If the winner is under 18 years of age, confirmation of details and collection of the prize must be carried out by their legal representative, who must confirm acceptance of the prize and of these rules.
II – GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Azemad reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the offer should circumstances of force majeure arise.
- For any queries, entrants should contact Azemad via email at sport@azemad.com.
- Any unlawful or illegal act carried out to gain any advantage during the awarding of the offer will be considered fraudulent.
- Azemad reserves the right to exclude the entrant. All fraudulent acts will be reported to the relevant authorities and may be subject to legal action.
- The pair of boots will be delivered within 1 month.
- Should any situation not provided for in this offer arise, Azemad shall fill the relevant gap in accordance with the principles and rules set out in this offer, reserving the right to make any change to the running of the offer, and to extend or suspend it without prior notice in the event of force majeure. Azemad shall not be liable for any human or technical error that may occur during the processing of the offer, and disclaims any liability arising therefrom.
III – PERSONAL DATA AND FINAL CONDITIONS
- In connection with this offer, whenever an entrant provides their personal data, it will be processed by Azemad in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August, and used solely to carry out all procedures inherent to the offer and receipt of the prize, being kept only for the period necessary for that purpose.
- Azemad reserves the right to amend this offer at any time, whenever it deems necessary, with such amendments taking effect immediately upon publication.
- Employees and staff of Azemad, or of companies directly involved in this offer, may not receive the prize. The same applies to anyone who is objectively in a position to unlawfully benefit from privileged, non-public information relating to the offer.
- Azemad reserves the right to disqualify entrants who deliberately attempt, at any point, to undermine the spirit of the offer.
- Any extraordinary situation not provided for in this offer will be assessed and decided upon by Azemad.
- Azemad reserves the right to amend the duration of the offer at any time.
